Carlton Youth Hockey – Learn to Skate Program

The Carlton Youth Hockey Association is excited to host our Learn to Skate Program, open to skaters of all ages and skill levels! Whether you’re stepping on the ice for the very first time or looking to build more confidence, this program is a fun and welcoming way to learn the basics of skating.

📍 Location: Four Seasons Arena, Carlton, MN

📅 Dates: October 13th–16th

Our coaches and volunteers will provide hands-on instruction in a safe, supportive environment. Skaters will learn fundamental skills such as balance, starting, stopping, and turning—all while building confidence and having fun on the ice.

➡️ Safety Requirements: All participants must wear a helmet (bike helmets are acceptable for beginners) and gloves while on the ice.

No prior skating experience is needed. Please bring skates if you have them—limited rentals may be available.
